Westwind Harbour Co-Housing Entryway

Westwind Harbour Co-Housing in Sooke wanted to use their original logo in a piece of art to enhance the front door appeal.  The logo was a rectangular design but they desired a round window to hang within the stone wall so some adaptations were made, with a positive outcome.

A round stained-glass window featuring a colorful mountain and sunset scene is set within a circular stone wall. The background shows part of a building with a bench and balcony.

Clover Care Massage Windows

When Judy built her new massage studio she wanted glass to provide a cohesive atmosphere of colours and ambience in the entryway and both treatment rooms.

A stained glass window with a design of a green four-leaf clover surrounded by swirling blue and green ribbons. The glass has a textured surface with small bubbles, allowing light to diffuse through it.
A stained glass panel featuring swirling patterns in shades of green and blue with scattered glass fragments. The design resembles abstract waves or flowing forms against a textured background.

Kelp Window

There was only one thing wrong with this cozy little den: it had a perfect view of an unsightly chimney! So I was asked to create a panel to cover it up.

A stained glass window featuring an abstract design with flowing blue and green shapes resembling seaweed or waves. The background is textured with a frosted look, adding depth and contrast to the vibrant colors. Framed in a wooden border.
A cozy room with an arched ceiling, featuring a triangular window above a main window with colorful stained glass art depicting flowing blue and green patterns. A desk with a computer and various items is positioned in front of the window.

West Coast Tryptich

Stained glass artwork depicting a serene landscape with two tall green pine trees by a blue lake. Mountains rise in the background under a golden, sunlit sky. A small, dark shape in the water suggests a silhouette of a fish or small creature.
West Coast Tryptich - Forest
A stained glass artwork depicts a natural scene with hills against a sunset sky. Two dolphins swim in the blue water below, and the foreground shows beach elements like shells on the sand.
West Coast Tryptich - Whales
Stained glass artwork depicting a lighthouse by the sea at sunset. The sky is orange and yellow, with a glowing sun setting behind silhouetted mountains. The lighthouse stands by dark, rocky terrain, and blue waves reflect a streak of sunlight.
West Coast Tryptich - Light House

Ben and Ruth wanted a West Coast scene for their dining room window, three panels that worked together but also stood alone - so that eventually, their three children each would have a window of their own.

Stained glass panels depicting a serene landscape with trees, a blue river, mountains, and a lighthouse against a yellow-orange sky. Vibrant colors and flowing lines emphasize the scenic view, with natural light illuminating the glass.

Four Mile House

What started as a request for one large window to go in over the bar (in the restaurant) led to years of collaborating with Wendy Haymes (part owner of the Four Mile House) on ways to add colour and “sparkle” to the restaurant, as well as privacy from the busy old Island Highway.

After the completion of the windows all around the restaurant, two more bar windows and a smaller piece above a food service window we moved the focus to the upstairs. Full-sized panels covering all the upstairs offices now offer both beauty and privacy.

A quaint, two-story building with Tudor-style architecture features a stained glass window and a glowing "open" sign. The front is adorned with greenery, a large potted plant, and a small garden with flowers and ferns.
